Event Details

General Rules

This event will run under the current published SCCA Enduro Rules plus the regulations published herein.

Grid

Test Day: On the test day, teams should grid in their desired pit stall on pit road.

Race Days: Teams will grid on the front straight. Grid will open at 8:15am on Saturday and 7:30am on Sunday. Drivers may proceed around the track at a reduced pace. Once on the front straight grid, cars must stay on the front straight grid.

Pit road

Pit Stalls: All teams should plan to set up on pit road between turn 13 and the start finish line. There is about 25 feet per team. Cones are placed to protect the timing loops from picking up transponder signal inadvertently. Drivers must not stop their cars in those areas because it will cause issues with timing.

Traffic Flow:

  • When entering from paddock, drivers should enter pit road by using the access road nearest the pit entry.
  • When exiting to paddock, drivers should use the access road just before the bridge.
  • Pit Road Speed limit is 35 mph.
  • During the race, while fueling, the pit road transit time is 5 minutes 11 seconds. Pit Road Timing Loops are marked with cones.

Hot Pits

The grassy area immediately behind the pit wall is considered “hot” credentials and SCCA membership are required to be in that area.

Crossover Bridge

During the race, small vehicles may cross over the bridge, but there is no spectating or loitering on the bridge. You may see some video crews on the bridge – these are credentialed videographers.

TRACK RULES

FALSE GRID: Spectating from the False Grid is prohibited.

BLACK FLAG: Black flag station is just forward of the start/finish line on Pit Road.

PADDOCK: Paddock speed is 5mph. Unsafe use of any vehicle is prohibited. Riding on the outside of any vehicle or trailer is prohibited. No two, three or four-wheel recreation vehicles are allowed except for race officials or as race support vehicles.

NOISE: Absolutely NO running of unmuffled engines between the hours of 8:00pm and 7:30am.

WASTE: NO tires shall be left by teams. A waste oil drum is located by the fuel pumps. Waste oil disposal is provided by Everclear Inc. No glass containers please.

RACE CARS OFF-SITE: Using local roads neighboring Nelson Ledges Road Course property for testing of race vehicles subjects them to local laws. Track management does not support such activity and will assist authorities in enforcement. They will also evict guilty parties from the track and ban them from future events. Please help the track stay friendly with its neighbors by avoiding these types of activities.

CAMPING: Camping is permitted at the track for a fee. There are NO ELECTRICAL OR WATER HOOK-UPS. Showers are available.
