Camping/Cabin Rental Information:

Free Participant Camping:  Participants who wish to camp in the free participant camping area, can sign up for a camping pass in the event registration form.  This is a free, unreserved, dry camping area North of the Sargento Bridge across from the Turn 7/8 viewing hill. Showers and restrooms will be available.   Reserved RV Sites: Electric and Non-Electric RV sites are available for reservation through Road America.  Reserved Electric sites are located along the front stretch and inside Turn 1.  Non-electric reserved sites are located on driver's left, outside of Turn 4.  Road America will assign spaces and assignments will be shared a week before the event and when you pick up your hangtag from Road America Administration. Cabin Rentals:

Golf Cart Information

Participant-owned golf carts and pit vehicles will be covered under the event policy.  A Golf Cart/Pit Vehicle Credential Application must still be completed and turned into Registration to obtain your Road America Pit Vehicle permit.  Pit Vehicle Passes already purchased from Road America for the 2024 season will be valid for this event.

Golf carts may be reserved online through Road America at https://roadamerica.tixonlinenow.com/runoffcompetitors/ .
No additional insurance is required nor is a Road America Pit Vehicle permit needed to rent a golf cart from Road America.

Rig Storage Before the Runoffs

If you are interested in storing your race trailer at Road America between the Chicago Region Kettle Morraine Regional, August 24-25, and the Runoffs, Road America does offer a paid service for long-term storage.  Arrangements must be made in advance of the event by calling the Road America Administrative Office at 1-800-365-7223 or email info@roadamerica.com

 The rental period begins the first day the vehicle, trailer, or equipment is left on the property and ends when it is picked up or moved into the paddock for another event.

Once the registration form and payment are received, the Administration office will provide you with a security tag to place on your vehicle while it is in storage. This tag will need to be visible on the equipment onsite.

If this is a vehicle, please leave a spare set of keys with the security personnel in case of an emergency.

Security will escort you to the long-term storage area, where they will assist in parking your unit. You are not allowed to go to the long-term storage area on your own.

Road America is not responsible for any stolen property or damage to your unit while on its property.


RV/Camper Services:

RV services, including fresh water and pumping, will be available for a fee through Pit Stop Event Services. Call (920) 979-7785 to schedule services. Provide your name, cell phone number, site number, make, model and color of the camper and your location.

Other Details:

  • Recipient name and contact number must be listed on “ship to” labels for parcels and “BOL” for freight.
  • No dangerous or hazardous materials will be accepted.
  • $5 package pick up fee and $65 unload fee when using Road America’s equipment.
  • All packages MUST include team name, contact, cell phone number.
  • Bring photo ID to pick up shipments.
  • Pick up location is the Shipping and Receiving Building west of registration at Gate 6
  • Packages are available for pick up from 8am to 5pm
