I have been in the car scene since 2004, but finally got around to sanctioned racing fall of 2017. I started with a few auto x events in the ccr, and scr regions. It didn't take long until I was hooked. I have been building my car for a time attack type series without heavy restriction on aero and overall speed, now this year they are trying the TT nationals style and I am hooked all over again. Before cars I was racing BMX bikes professionally, and served 8 years in the USCG as a helicopter Flight Mechanic (AMT) on HH-65 Dolphin helicopters.
